Hott Butts Club — A Club for Creators
From Beginning to New Beginnings
How it all started
When both of my earliest crypto buddies mentioned buying the same NFT collection, I FOMO’d and bought my first ERC-721 Token.
It turned out to be a slow rug pull, but made me realize the high barriers to entry as a collector and even more for artists to create collections. I set out to create a toolkit that allowed artists to launch projects without becoming experts in blockchain tech.
Real world artists don’t need to make a million dollars at mint, but they need to make enough to survive and pursue their passion instead of dedicating all their time to a day job or business related functions like tech, marketing, etc.

Rarest.Club
When I first started this journey, there were not a lot of rarity ranking sites. Even worse if you are a small collection, have evolving metadata, or a slow mint out. With the help of a programmer I had used for my day job, we created our own rarity ranking site. Although I offered these rankings to various smaller collections publicly, I was using this site mostly privately to determine rarity on collections I wanted to purchase personally.
The Chameleon Collective was the group that caused me to want to pivot my console to a public site. They were a vibrant community I wanted to be a part of long-term instead of just snipe and flip. They are still using my rarity site for their rankings to this date as their official ranking site. Rarest.club is continuously evolving. Although there are now many rarity sites to choose from, we have some advantages, the biggest being an email alert system that will alert users of new tokens listed that match a variety of criteria such as price, rarity, traits, token ids, etc. We also offer private rankings so founders can see how their rarity will rank before launching and check for any metadata errors.
NFT ASSembler App
In my journey to create my own NFT collection, I started testing several NFT trait and metadata assembly scripts and websites. I never found anything that worked the way I wanted, so I decided I would create my own NFT ASSembler App that would be artist friendly and affordable. I found another great developer to help me with this task.
There is no need for every series to reinvent the wheel when creating their collection, so the NFT ASSembler has become a major focus of this collection’s tool set. It also works for musical artists as well and we are always looking to add things to the app, like the provenance hash.
Why Butts
When I was testing various metadata/trait assemblers, I drew a butt real fast to do testing. When I showed it to people, an equal amount loved it that hated it, something I have learned makes a marketable product. Butts are gender neutral and are funny. The main purpose of Hott Butts is to enable artistic friends (including myself and family members) to create sustainable businesses that allow them to focus on their craft regardless of whether a corporation would want anything to do with the artwork.

Hott Butts DAO
DAOs are an amazing concept. The first NFT I bought was a “DAO” that never did anything. Unfortunately, most DAOs in the NFT space are unorganized and have no real way to move projects and issues in an efficient manner. This makes most DAOs in this space not at all amazing. Its unrealistic to expect an artist to create a successful decentralized organization. We believe an artist’s focus should be on creating art, not successful business structures.
The final stage after sell out of Hott Butts Club is creating a DAO. I plan to fund this by hiring experts both inside the community and outside to help create a successful organizational structure and governance system.
This DAO and set of DAO tools will be owned solely by Hott Butts Club Members and can be sold to other projects looking for solid organizational structure.
It is my goal to give Hott Butts Club all the tools needed to be successfully independent from me well into the future. Owners of a Hott Butt should be encouraged to help other creators to become part of the community and help them launch under the tools and marketing afforded by this club. The goal is to create future success for the club long after I hand over the keys to the members.
Disclaimer: Hott Butts Club NFTs should be valued on their artistic merit alone. Hott Butts are not financial instruments, annuities or investments. Your Hott Butt NFT is a unique piece of art and a membership pass to a club of like-minded individuals dedicated to decentralized growth and community in the NFT space.
